As per reports, TVDE (Transporte Individual e Remunerado de Passageiros em Veículos Descaracterizados a partir de Plataforma Eletrónica) drivers mobilised for a national strike in Portugal against the fare imposed by an American multinational transportation company on Monday (30 June).
Drivers deactivated the company’s application during two specific periods, from 0700 hours local time to 1000 hours local time and from 1700 hours local time to 2000 hours local time while continuing to work exclusively on Bolt, the secondary ride-hailing platform available in the country during those hours.
