As per reports, the Tablighi Jamaat (Islamic movement) has organized an Ijtema (major religious congregation) in Ferozepur Jhirka town of Nuh district in Haryana from Saturday to Monday (19-21 April).
• Over 15 lakh people are expected to attend the religious event.
• To preserve and maintain communal harmony and ensure there is no unrest, the sale of food containing beef/goat has been strictly banned.
• A significant contingent of police will be deployed outside the venue, but no law enforcement personnel will be allowed to enter the venue. Internal arrangements are being completely handled by the Jamaat.
