Magnitude 4.7 earthquake reported south of Puerto Williams on Tuesday (21 July)

As per reports, a magnitude 4.7 earthquake was recorded 254 km south of Puerto Williams, Chile, at 1321 hours (local time) on Tuesday (21 July). The earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 km, according to the National Seismological Center of the University of Chile.

There were no immediate reports of casualties, damage to infrastructure, service disruptions, or tsunami warnings.
