As per reports, a large-scale anti-drug operation involving at least 500 officers from the Buenos Aires Provincial Police was conducted from the early hours of Thursday (14 May) in the Ejército de los Andes neighborhood, commonly known as Fuerte Apache, in Ciudadela within the Tres de Febrero district.

• The operation reportedly included coordinated raids targeting 14 suspected drug distribution locations inside the housing complex.
• According to local reports, the security deployment involved approximately 30 patrol vehicles, aerial surveillance using a police helicopter, and participation from multiple police divisions alongside members of the Argentine National Gendarmerie already stationed in the area. Authorities had not publicly released detailed operational results at the time of reporting.
