As per reports, public staged a protest in newly inaugurated Kalaignar Centenary Bus Terminus (KCBT) in Kelambakkam on Wednesday (03 January), alleging that the buses run through the service road is causing them inconvenience. Residents stated emphasised their inability to use the road due to these buses and also reported that traffic police prevent school buses from utilising the same route.
