The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysical Agency (BMKG) issued a forecast for inclement weather in several parts of the country on Friday (03 May).

• An alert for potential heavy rainfall has been issued in the areas: Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, Bengkulu, Jambi, South Sumatra, Kep. Bangka Belitung, Lampung, Banten, West Java, Central Java, East Java, West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, Gorontalo, Central Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, North Maluku, Maluku, West Papua and Papua.
• An alert for strong winds has been issued in the regions: South Sumatra, West Java, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, North Kalimantan, South Kalimantan and West Sulawesi.
• An alert for potential thunderstorms has been issued in the areas: Aceh, West Sumatra, Riau, Kep. Riau, Bengkulu. South Sumatra, Kep. Bangka Belitung, Lampung, West Java. DKI Jakarta, Central Java, East Java, West Kalimantan Central Kalimantan North Kalimantan, East Kalimantan South Kalimantan North dows Sulawesi, Gorontalo, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, North Maluku and West Papua.
• An alert for potential floods has been issued in the areas: North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Bengkulu, Jambi, South Sumatra, Kep. Bangka Belitung, Lampung, West Java, West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, Gorontalo, Central Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, North Maluku, Maluku, West Papua and Papua.
