As per reports, snow will fall across most of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut area from Saturday (08 February) night and into Sunday (09 February) morning. A total of two to five inches are possible in New York City with five to eight inches possible in inland areas north of the five boroughs.

The heaviest totals are expected north and east of NYC, five-eight inches, where the winter storm warning is set.
