As per the forecast issued by the India Meteorological Department (IMD), yellow alerts for thunderstorms, lightning and strong surface winds have been issued in most districts of Telangana including Hyderabad, Medak, Sangareddy, Jangaon, Mahabubabad, Warangal, Wanaparthy, Nalgonda, etc. on Wednesday (16 October).
