As per reports, Home Minister Amit Shah is scheduled to visit Assam on Friday (29 August) to inaugurate the newly-constructed Raj Bhawan in Guwahati. Further, he will attend a convention of the newly elected NDA panchayat members to felicitate them. In the evening, he will attend the birth centenary celebrations of Assam’s first non-Congress chief minister.
