As per reports, a bomb threat was issued to the Poes Garden residence of Vice President C P Radhakrishanan in Chennai on Friday (17 October) morning.
• The email threat was sent to the office of the Assistant Commissioner of Police, prompting the deployment of Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad (BDDS) and a sniffer dog.
• After a thorough check of the Vice President’s house, the local police declared the bomb threat to be a hoax.
