As per reports, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert for Bengaluru on Monday (04 August), forecasting heavy rainfall, followed by an orange alert on Tuesday (05 August), indicating higher intensity rainfall. Temperatures are expected to range between 20 and 29 degrees Celsius.

Authorities have warned of gusty winds and possible disruptions in mobility due to overflowing drains and inundated roads.
