As per reports, the Okinawa Prefecture announced on Wednesday (29 October), that a food poisoning outbreak had occurred this month due to food served at a restaurant in Itoman City, Okinawa Prefecture.

A total of 170 people displayed symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, and bloody stools, 30 of whom were hospitalized. All of the cases were reported in Tokyo, Yamagata City, Kawasaki City, and Nagano Prefecture.
