As per reports, the National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a flood watch for the entire San Francisco Bay Area and Central Coast including Monterey and San Benito Counties till early Friday (02 February) morning, till 0400 hours (local time) amid forecast of heavy rainfall in the area.

• Areas expected to experience flooding include Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Novato, Rohnert Park, Windsor, Sebastopol, Cotati, South Santa Rosa Cdp, Roseland, Larkfield-Wikiup, Black Point-Green Point, Forestville, South Santa Rosa, Glen Ellen and Temelec, and Graton.
• Minor flooding was reported on Thursday (01 February) afternoon at Green Valley Creek at Martinelli Road and Colgan Creek near Sebastopol.
