As per reports, the Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) experienced significant flight delays on Friday (19 July), due to a global Microsoft outage affecting Windows Personal Computers.

• The first flight from XNA took off close to 0630 hours (local time), but many other flights were delayed, as reported on the XNA website.
• The outage affected several major airlines, including American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and United Airlines, leading to a national ground stop with these carriers.
• Passengers are currently being processed through security, and the ground stop could be lifted at any moment.
