According to reports, a fire incident was reported in a slum in south Kolkata’s Dhakuria area on Wednesday (27 March). Seven fire tenders brought the blaze under control and no injuries have been reported.

The fire affected suburban train services on the Sealdah-Baruipur line in the Eastern Railway’s Sealdah South section.
