As per reports, a fire broke out in a factory containing e-bikes, on Elizabeth Street in Croydon, Sydney’s Inner West area, early morning, on Friday (05 January). No injuries reported. The New South Wales (NSW) Police reported that Elizabeth street is shut between Frederick & Edwin streets, while nearby buildings have been evacuated for precaution. The warehouse was reported empty when the fire broke out.

The Fire and Rescue NSW stated that more than 10 trucks and 40 firefighters remain on the scene. While there is no further threat to the surrounding community, fire crews are expected to stay and monitor the area throughout the day.
