As per reports, Kurubur Shanthakumar, the president of the Federation of Farmers Association, has announced that farmers across Karnataka will stage a demonstration on Tuesday (12 March) to express solidarity with their counterparts protesting in Delhi. The protest is in support of farmers from Punjab and Haryana who have been demanding the Minimum Support Price (MSP) for agricultural produce.

Farmers in Karnataka will organise local protests and candlelight processions on Tuesday (12 March), with a tractor rally scheduled for Friday (15 March) in Dharwad.
