As per reports, Hyderabad Police will deploy around 20,000 personnel across the city on Friday (25 September) for Ganesh idol immersion-related security arrangements.
Following are the details:
• The 19-km Ganesh immersion procession route from Balapur through Chandrayangutta, Falaknuma, Charminar and M.J. Market to Telugu Talli Flyover is expected to be affected on Friday (25 September).
• Around 20,000 police personnel, including Quick Response Teams, dog squads, anti-chain-snatching teams and SHE Teams, will be deployed along the route, while the procession will be monitored through closed-circuit television cameras from the Command and Control Centre.
