As per reports, Dublin Airport has announced new hand baggage and security rules for passengers for bank holiday between Friday (29 March) and Monday (01 April).

Around 100000 passengers are expected to fly in and out of Dublin Airport on the aforementioned dates. The new rules are as follows:

• Each passenger is permitted to carry one single transparent 1l liquid bag. The bag must be sealed shut and all containers inside must be 100ml or less.
• At security screening, liquids must be presented separate to your hand luggage. There are free plastic bags available before you go through security.
• Some passengers will be allowed liquids of plus 100ml, such as baby milk, medicine or special dietary liquids.
