As per reports, the director general of Iran’s foreign ministry’s Western Europe Office summoned the Austrian Ambassador on Wednesday (28 August). This action was a response to the Austrian Foreign Ministry’s earlier summoning of Iranian Ambassador Abbas Bagherpour Ardekani, in which Austria expressed condemnation of a social media post made by Ardekani.
