As per reports, the Constitutional Court (MK) will hold a plenary session on Tuesday (04 February) where it is scheduled to read out the interim or dismissal decision from the MK for the lawsuit for the dispute over the results of the regional head general election (PHPU) or the Pilkada election dispute that has been submitted previously.

• The agenda will include disputes over the results of the North Sumatra and East Java gubernatorial elections with the reading planned for the dismissal decision of the dispute lawsuit with the candidate pair for governor and deputy governor of North Sumatra to commence at 0800 WIB.
• The hearing for pronouncing the interim decision on the dispute lawsuit with the applicants for the East Java gubernatorial and deputy gubernatorial candidates is to begin in the evening at 1930 WIB.
