As per reports, on Thursday (28 August) evening, authorities in Concord, Massachusetts, reportedly responded to a suspicious device report at Nine Acre Farm Convenience & Deli, located at 1637 Sudbury Road.
• At approximately 1930 hours (local time), a woman reportedly entered the store, placed a suspicious device on the floor, which significantly affected the fire alarm.
• Local police and fire officials evacuated all businesses within a 300-foot radius.
• The Massachusetts State Police Bomb Squad was reportedly called to investigate, and a significant number of first responders secured the perimeter.
• Law enforcement officials reportedly confirmed that the woman believed responsible was later taken into custody in Lincoln.
• Road closures were implemented- Sudbury Road was shut down between Nashawtuc Country Club and the Sudbury town line, and Route 117 was closed from Dakin Road in Sudbury to Lee’s Bridge.
