BJP and Hindu Jagran Manch to stage protests in West Bengal on 27-28 November over arrest of Hindu leader - datasurfr

As per reports, the Leader of Opposition (LoP) in the West Bengal Assembly, Suvendu Adkhikari, announced that a march to the Bangladeshi Deputy High Commission will be held on Wednesday (27 November) at 1500 hours to protest against the arrest of a Hindu community leader, Chinmoy Krishna Das Bhramachari. Adhikari also threatened to block the India-Bangladesh border at Petrapole in North 24 Parganas if the situation escalates.

Additionally, the Hindu Jagran Manch has also made arrangements to plan their own march on Thursday (28 November), from Sealdah to the Bangladesh Deputy High Commission in Park Circus.
