As per reports, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has announced that he will launch an “Anti-Chitta (white power/heroin) Rally” in Shimla on Saturday (15 November) from the Ridge to Chaura Maidan. This is part of the anti-drug drive by the State government. This will be followed by a three month campaign to eradicate the drug concern from the state.
