As per reports, Amman City Airport is fully authorised to receive international flights, following the completion of all required licensing procedures by the Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (CARC) as of Tuesday (02 December).
• The Amman City Airport will begin receiving aircraft on Friday (05 December).
• The Director General of the Jordan Airports Company stated that the newly licensed Amman City Airport (ACA), formerly Amman Civil Airport, is now prepared to receive flights arriving from regional destinations and Europe.
• The upcoming phase is going to involve coordinated cooperation among Jordan’s three airports: Amman City Airport (ACA), Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA), and King Hussein International Airport in Aqaba.
