As per reports, the Sudanese government announced that the Adré border crossing in Ouaddaï Region will remain open for humanitarian aid from Wednesday (01 July) until Wednesday (30 September).
• Reports indicate the extension allows international relief organisations to continue transport of humanitarian assistance from Adré into Sudan through the border crossing.
• Reports indicate the extension aims to support humanitarian operations and improve coordination with the United Nations and humanitarian organisations to continue the movement of aid.
