As per reports, the General Directorate of Meteorology has forecast partly cloudy to very cloudy conditions across the northern, central and eastern regions of the country on Monday (19 October).
• Local rainfall and thunderstorms are expected in the areas around Hatay, Trabzon, Rize and Gümüşhane, as well as the northern and southeastern districts of Adana, the eastern districts of Sivas, the northern districts of Artvin and the western districts of Erzincan.
• Air temperatures are forecast to remain around seasonal norms in the eastern regions and below seasonal norms in the western regions.
• Winds are expected to be light to moderate from southerly directions in general, occasionally from northerly directions in the southwestern parts of the country.
• Strong winds of 40 to 60 kilometres per hour from southwesterly directions are anticipated along the Western Black Sea coast.
• In Ankara the temperature is expected to be 14 degrees Celsius, in Istanbul 18 degrees Celsius, in Izmir 22 degrees Celsius, in Bursa 19 degrees Celsius, in Adana 25 degrees Celsius, in Antalya 25 degrees Celsius, in Samsun 20 degrees Celsius, in Trabzon 20 degrees Celsius, in Erzurum 18 degrees Celsius and in Diyarbakır 24 degrees Celsius.
