As per the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA), a 3.1 magnitude earthquake was reported at 0053 hours (local time) at Osaka Bay with an epicenter of 20 kilometers on Saturday (04 April).

In addition, a seismic intensity of 01 was also recorded in Osaka and Hyogo prefectures.
