Description:

As per reports, several households in Sotenas in Western Sweden are reportedly affecting by power outages on Tuesday (05 August).

• As of 0600 hours (local time) around three thousand customers still remained affected.
• As of 0736 hours (local time) the outage was reported to be ongoing.
• Several industries have reported to be facing unplanned downtime.
• The electricity company Ellevio announced that the electricity is expected to be restored by 0800 hours (local time). The outage was reported to be caused by fault in the electricity network.

• Disruption in internet and mobile device charging can lead to operational challenges.
