Description:
According to reports, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will participate in a public gathering at Bareilly College Ground on Wednesday (06 August).
In view of the public meeting, authorities have issued the following traffic diversions from 0600 hours on Wednesday (06 August), to ensure peaceful conduct of the event:
• No heavy vehicle will enter the city from Parsakheda Road Number One, Vilwa Bridge, Lalpur Cut, Vilyadham, Navadiya Jhada, Transportnagar, Ramganga Tiraha, Bukhara Mod.
• Heavy vehicles coming from Delhi, Rampur, Nainital and Pilibhit, roadways buses, which have to go towards Badaun, will be able to commute via Jhumka Tiraha, Bada Bypass, Vilyadham, Navadiya Jhada, Faridpur via Fatehganj East, Dataganj, Devchara Bhamora.
• Vehicles going from Delhi and Rampur towards Lucknow will be allowed to commute via Bada Bypass, Bilwa, Vilyadham, Faridpur, Fatehganj East.
• Roadways buses coming from Badaun and Lucknow will be able to go to Satellite Bus Station from Rajau Tiraha. Apart from this, roadways buses coming from Delhi, Rampur, Nainital, Pilibhit Road will be able to go to Satellite Bus Station via Jhumka, Vilyadham, Rajau Tiraha.
• Light vehicles coming from Izzatnagar, Delapir, Sau Phuta Purvi will be able to go to the junction via 100 Phuta Purvi, Suresh Sharma Nagar, Bisalpur Tiraha, Satellite, Cantt.
• No four-wheeler, autorickshaw, e-rickshaw will be allowed to head towards Bareilly College from Shyamatganj Chauraha, Iint Pajaya. These vehicles will be diverted towards Sood Dharmkanta and Kalibari from Murti Nursing Home Tiraha.
• Entry of vehicles will be banned from Biyawan Kothi towards Gandhinagar; from Akshar Vihar Tiraha towards Gangacharan Cut, Sudhir Jain Chowk towards Circuit House Square; towards Circuit House Square and Damodar Park from Kachhari Tiraha; from City Sabzi Mandi, Chauphula Bridge. These vehicles will be diverted from Junction Tiraha.
• Vehicles coming to the public meeting from Pilibhit and Nainital road will go to Bareilly College Western Gate via Sau Phuta Purbi, Delapir, Selection Point, Sood Dharmkanta, Mahadev Pul, Navalti, Patel Chowk.
• Vehicles coming from Rampur will go to Bareilly College Western Gate via Mini Bypass, Chauphula Pul, Patel Chowk and will go to the parking.
• Buses and other vehicles coming from Satellite Bus Adda will come to Bareilly College Western Gate via Isai Ki Puliya, Maliyon Ki Puliya, Shyamatganj Chauraha and will go to the parking lot after dropping the people attending the rally.
Impact:
• Enhanced security arrangements and an increased presence of law enforcement personnel are likely to be observed in and around the event venue. Attendees may also be subject to security checks and movement restrictions in designated areas.
• Additional road blockades leading to Bareilly College may be implemented during the VVIP visit.
• Traffic congestion and delays may also be experienced on alternate and diverted routes, as increased vehicle flow and rerouted traffic could strain road capacity.
