Complete time-sensitive government filings, payments, permits, customs documentation and other administrative requirements before the holiday. Avoid scheduling non-essential meetings, deliveries and business movements through major event areas during peak celebration periods, particularly the evening of 02 September. Personnel with flight or airport-related travel should allow additional transit time and monitor flight updates, particularly through Noi Bai International Airport and Tan Son Nhat International Airport. Maintain alternative communication channels, remote-access capabilities and contingency staffing arrangements. Brief employees on expected crowding, traffic restrictions, weather conditions and security measures.

Individuals should avoid non-essential travel through major celebration and fireworks areas during peak periods, particularly the evening of 02 September. Allow additional travel time for airport, railway and intercity journeys. Monitor traffic conditions along major access corridors. Use public transport where feasible; in Hanoi, public buses and two urban railway lines are free during the holiday period. Verify transport and route conditions before commencing journeys. Monitor official weather forecasts and local authority announcements regarding temporary access restrictions and road closures. Remain vigilant and safeguard personal belongings in crowded spaces.
