As per reports, New Brunswick is still under an Environment Canada winter weather warning as of Monday (20 January). Southwestern and northeastern New Brunswick could still expect up to 25 centimetres of snowfall on Monday (20 January).

Southeastern New Brunswick was upgraded to a winter storm warning, meaning it could see an additional 10 centimetres, as well as visibility near zero from the combination of fresh snow and high winds.

• Campbellton and the eastern part of Restigouche County can expect temperatures to drop to as low as minus 40 degrees Fahrenheit from Monday (20 January) until Tuesday (21 January).
• Highway 95 from the US border to Woodstock and Highway 2 from Woodstock to Meductic is showing travel not recommended with poor visibility as of Monday (20 January).
• Travel is also not recommended on most of Highway 2 from Fredericton to Moncton as of Monday (20 January).
• Travel is not recommended on Highway 1 from the Blacks Harbour and Grand Manan exit to the Musquash exit, with an extra warning for poor visibility as of Monday (20 January).
• The weather conditions have resulted in several school closures across the province impacting schools such as Anglophone West schools in Zones 3-9; All the Anglophone South schools; All the Anglophone East schools; Schools in Miramichi, Rexton and Bathurst; All the Francophone South schools; Francophone North-East schools; The University of New Brunswick, St. Thomas University and Mount Allison University; The Université de Moncton; Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick; The New Brunswick College of Craft and Design; Saint Andrews, Woodstock and Fredericton New Brunswick Community College.
