As per reports, the National Meteorological Service of Mexico (CONAGUA Clima) forecasts adverse weather conditions characterised by heavy rainfall and thunderstorms across many parts of Mexico through Friday (06 September).

• Rainfall is forecast for Chiapas and Oaxaca until Thursday (05 September), Durango, Sinaloa, and Veracruz on Wednesday (04 September), and Campeche, Chiapas, Colima, Guerrero, Jalisco, Michoacán, Quintana Roo, and Yucatán on Thursday (05 September), with totals of three to 7.5 cm expected in parts of Mexico through Friday (06 September).
• High temperatures will likely continue in northern regions, ranging between 40 to 45 degrees Celsius in Baja California, Sonora and Baja California Sur until Thursday (05 September).
