As per reports, significant roadwork is scheduled to take place in the Lyon Metropolis, particularly affecting the northern ring road and the Laurent Bonnevay ring road. Commuters can expect traffic disruptions throughout the week, with closures planned from Tuesday (07 April).

• The north ring road will be fully closed to west/east traffic between the Valvert node and the Pope’s Door from Tuesday (07 May), at 2200 hours (local time) until Sunday (12 May) at 1200 hours (local time).
• The Laurent Bonnevay ring road will experience closures in the south/north direction between Porte des Essarts and Porte de Croix Luizet during the same period, with access ramps to the A42 also affected.
• Additionally, roadwork will occur on the A47, resulting in the closure of a traffic lane between Givors-Ouest and St-Martin-la-Plaine in the east/west direction.
