The Indonesia Meteorological Department (BMKG) informed that Tropical Cyclone Seed 91S was observed in the Indian Ocean southwest of Lampung and has been moving southeast with the potential to become a tropical cyclone in the next 24 hours in the low category.

• The cyclonic conditions are likely to cause moderate to heavy rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms and strong winds in Aceh, Jakarta, Jambi, West Java, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, Maluku, Papua, Riau, South Sulawesi, North Sumatra, and Bali.
