As per reports, a magnitude 4.3 earthquake has been recorded about 23 km southwest of Gönen, Balikesir at 2138 hours (local time) on Monday (04 March).

• The earthquake has been recorded at a shallow depth of 15 km whose epicenter was located in Yenice Ilcesi, Canakkale, Turkey.
• The earthquake occurred at distance of 33 km southeast of Biga (Canakkale), 34 km east of Can (Canakkale), 55 km northeast of Edremit (Balikesir), and 62 km southwest of Bandirma (Balikesir).
