As per reports, a fire broke out near one of Kitakyushu City’s most popular restaurant districts in Japan’s southwestern prefecture of Fukuoka on Wednesday (03 January). The local fire department received multiple calls regarding the fire at a building near the Torimachi Shokudo-gai, an area crowded with restaurants.
The fire spread to nearby buildings from the restaurant area, several hours after it started. Approximately 30 firetrucks were dispatched to put out the flames.
