Yellow vigilance alert for flooding issued in Villeneuve-Saint-Georges through Friday (05 April)

As per reports, SyAGE, the union in charge of water policy for the Yerres – Seine watershed has issued a yellow level of vigilance for floods in the Villeneuve-Saint-Georges area due to the rising water levels in the Seine.

• The floods will reportedly affect the area of Allée Henri Sueur in Crosne (Essonne), as well as Chemin des Pêcheurs and part of rue Belleplace in Villeneuve-saint-Georges (Val-de-Marne).
• Reports indicate that the highest water levels can be witnessed through Saturday (06 April) morning before starting to decline in the afternoon on the same day.
