As per reports, the National Meteorological Service (SMN) has issued a yellow alert for severe storms affecting the province of Jujuy on Tuesday (20 January).
• According to the SMN, the affected area may experience rainfall and thunderstorms of varying intensity, with some storms expected to be locally strong.
• The weather system may be accompanied by intense electrical activity, possible hailfall, strong wind gusts reaching up to 75 kilometers per hour, and heavy rainfall over short periods.
• Forecasts indicate accumulated precipitation levels ranging between 30 and 50 millimeters, with localized exceedances possible.
