As per reports, a winter weather advisory has been issued by the National Weather Service starting 1236 hours local time (1736 hours UTC) on Thursday (27 November) and remaining in effect until 0100 hours local time (0600 hours UTC) on Saturday (29 November) for Tioga County.
Forecast conditions include additional snow accumulations between two and four inches, with wind gusts between 25 and 35 miles per hour. The heaviest snowfall is expected late Thursday (27 November) night and through Friday (28 November).
