As per reports, a wildfire broke out near the A9 motorway between Montpellier and the Spanish border on Sunday (18 August).

Due to the forest fires, dozens of houses in the town of Frontignan were evacuated on Sunday (18 August). A total of 600 firefighters, eleven firefighting planes and two helicopters were deployed to contain the fires.
