Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has issued the following weather forecast for parts of Philippines on Tuesday (28 July).

• Ilocos Region, Zambales, and Bataan are forecast to have Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rain.
• Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and the Davao Region are forecast to have Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to Easterlies. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rain.
• Metro Manila, Cordillera Administrative Region, Pampanga, Tarlac, Bulacan, Cavite, Batangas, Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and Oriental Mindoro are forecast to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
