Reports indicate that winds are expected to be weak to moderate, with locally stronger gusts across the northern and central regions, predominantly from the north and northeast. Morning temperatures are forecast to range between 03 degrees Celsius and 15 degrees Celsius, with maximum daytime temperatures ranging from 05 degrees Celsius and 21 degrees Celsius.
