As per reports, a Cold Weather Advisory (Wind Chill Advisory) was issued by the National Weather Service (NWS) in Erie County, Pennsylvania, starting on Monday (19 January).

• The affected period spans from 1000 hours on Monday (19 January) until 0700 hours (local time) Tuesday (20 January).
• The impacted areas are: Erie County in Northwest Pennsylvania.
• Lake effect snow and blowing snow with accumulations of 2 to 6 inches. Wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph are expected to cause whiteout conditions and severe visibility issues.
