As per reports, as of Monday (24 November), water supply disruptions continue in parts of Metro Cebu as the Metropolitan Cebu Water District (MCWD) works to restore normal service. Power supply interruptions have slowed operations, and water service has not yet been restored to 85 percent of affected areas.
The affected areas include communities served by Cebu Electric Cooperatives (Cebecos), Mactan Electric Company (Meco), and other parts of Metro Cebu. Pumping stations remain vulnerable due to weak connections to the regional power grid.
