According to reports, a victory parade is to be held in Taipei on Friday (16 August) to celebrate achievements of Team Taiwan, as stated by the Presidential Office on Monday (12 August). As per President William Lai’s instruction, the military would dispatch F-16V jets on Tuesday (13 August) to welcome the last batch of Taiwanese athletes returning to Taiwan from the Paris Olympics.

The parade is scheduled to leave from the Presidential Office Building at 1500 hours, passing through Sec. 1, Chongqing S Road, Xiangyang Road and the “Hero Valley” on Guanqian Road. It is to stop at the intersection of Zhongxiao W Road and Zhongshan S Road.
