As per reports, the Pico y Placa vehicle restriction programme remains in effect in Bogotá on Wednesday (10 December), with rules varying by vehicle type, licence plate number, and time of day.

• On Wednesday (10 December), private vehicles with licence plates ending in digits one, two, three, four, and five are restricted from operating within the city between 0600 hours local time and 2100 hours local time (1100 hours UTC to 0200 hours UTC).
• Taxi and special transport vehicles face restrictions on Wednesday (10 December) between 0530 hours and 2100 hours local time (1030 hours UTC to 0200 hours UTC), affecting vehicles with licence plates ending in nine and zero.
• Cargo vehicles are subject to two restriction windows, from 0600 hours to 0800 hours local time (1100 hours UTC to 1300 hours UTC) and from 1700 hours to 2000 hours local time (2200 hours UTC to 0100 hours UTC), with applicability determined by the vehicle’s weight category and model year, as defined by the Bogotá Ministry of Mobility.
