As per reports, a vehicle breakdown has been reported on Bell Street in Preston on Wednesday (17 December).

• The incident has resulted in the right lane being blocked on the eastbound carriageway, just prior to the High Street intersection near Mary Street.
• Two eastbound lanes remain operational; however, minor congestion is being observed in the surrounding area.
• The incident was last updated at 0817 hours (local time), and traffic management measures are currently in place.
