• Reports indicate that a banner placed near the wall reportedly carried a message criticizing the US war industry and its alleged links to death, famine and environmental destruction.
• Additional material, including objects resembling bones and apparent fire or scorching marks, was reportedly found near the embassy perimeter. The incident is being treated as a criminal investigation, with authorities seeking to establish the identities and motives of those responsible.
• As of Thursday (13 August), the Military Police of the Federal District (PMDF) and Civil Police of the Federal District (PCDF) responded to the scene. A forensic team conducted an examination of the site, while the 1st Police Precinct (Asa Sul) is leading the investigation and reviewing nearby security-camera footage at 1000 hours local time (1300 hours UTC).
