• the City of Kent reports that multiple local surface streets remain dangerously flooded and impassable.
• Major arterials are closed, such as the S 277th St (from 108th Ave SE to 83rd Ave S) and W Valley Hwy/68th Ave S (from Willis to S 277th St).
• The Green River corridor is also closed at Green River Rd from the S 277th St overpass to the city limits, and Frager Rd at W Meeker St.
• Local access is restricted at the 108th Ave SE (SE 264th to SE 269th), 78th Ave S (S 277th to S 262nd), and 148th Ave SE (SE 256th to SE 249th).
